Do Boobs Determine Femininity? The Story of 19-Year-Old Sheena
Sheena often felt uncomfortable among her friends. She perceived that others were superior to her because she had small breasts. All her friends had been in relationships, but she had never had that opportunity. Sheena avoided gatherings with her friends and college mates. She tried increasing her breast size with padded bras, but they didn’t suit her well. Her confidence faded away just because she had smaller breasts.
In college, everyone seemed to discuss topics like breast size and cleavage, making Sheena even more uncomfortable. After a lot of hesitation, she decided to consult an online breast therapist. Even after booking her first appointment, she thought of a hundred reasons not to attend the session. At last, she attended it.
Her therapist started with very general questions such as, “What is your name?” “What makes you think that you have smaller breasts?” and so on. Sheena answered with utmost honesty. She told the therapist that in her college, everyone talked about having comparatively big breasts, and she felt inferior to everyone.
After listening to all her complaints, the therapist said, “Having small breasts does not make you inferior in any way. LOVE YOURSELF. You are beautiful just the way you are. Your breast size, as you measured, is a good size. If you still feel that they are small, start massaging your breasts with oil daily at night in an upwards circular motion. Take care of your eating habits. Breast size is just like your height; you don't decide how tall you want to be. Similarly, we cannot determine our breast size. Still, taking good care of your breasts is a must.”
Sheena had never thought of it from this perspective. She thanked the therapist and decided to take better care of her breasts. Sheena dropped all her negative thoughts about having smaller breasts and adopted a healthier routine for breast care.
Sheena realized that femininity is not determined by the size of her breasts, but by her self-love and confidence. She started embracing her unique beauty and felt more comfortable in her own skin.
As she transformed her outlook, she found herself more confident and happy. Sheena's story reminds us that self-acceptance and care are vital for true beauty.
“Femininity is not measured by the size of your breasts, but by the size of your heart and the depth of your self-love.”
