For deliveries to residential addresses, we recommend checking with your neighbors or security guard in case they accepted the package. For non-residential addresses, please inquire at the reception. If you believe the order has not been delivered, please contact us via email.

Please be aware that if you need to change your residential address and your order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. In such cases, we will inform our courier partner to return the shipment to us. However, please note that you will be responsible for the courier charges incurred in this process.

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and it is returned to us, we will make a reattempt using Speed Post to ensure successful delivery.

Replacement Policy:

To initiate a replacement for the product, the customer must send it to us via INDIA POST ONLY. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the replacement. We will also refund the amount charged by the post office to the customer. Please note that if the customer does not send the product through INDIA POST, we cannot reimburse the courier charges.

For replacement, please wait for a call from our executive. This will occur between 2 PM to 5 PM in the afternoon slot. If you fail to receive the call within these three hours, please inform us via WhatsApp.

If you have a size or fitting issue, you can self-ship the product within 7 days of delivery.
