VibesGood guarantees timely delivery for all orders within India. Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-4 business days if you are in a metro area, and within 5-8 business days for other parts of India.
To make your shopping experience even better, VibesGood offers free shipping on all orders totaling Rs. 1,000 or more. For orders below Rs. 1,000, a shipping charge of Rs. 89 will be added.
Cash On Delivery will cost delivery charges of Rs. 200 additional.
If someone else receives your order on your behalf, we will consider it delivered and update the order status accordingly. For deliveries to residential addresses, we recommend checking with your neighbors or security guard in case they accepted the package. For non-residential addresses, please inquire at the reception. If you believe the order has not been delivered, please contact us via email.
Please be aware that if you need to change your residential address and your order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. In such cases, we will inform our courier partner to return the shipment to us. However, please note that you will be responsible for the courier charges incurred in this process.
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and it is returned to us, we will make a reattempt using Speed Post to ensure successful delivery.
